The district of Pathum Wan is located in central Bangkok and is surrounded by seven neighbouring districts namely, Ratchathewi, Watthana, Khlong Toei, Sathon Bang Rak, Pom Prap Sattru Phai, and Dusit if seen from the north in the clockwise direction.
