You have passable sidewalks; they get narrowed as you walk deeper into the Street. The traffics during rush hour are a concerned but tolerable; walk carefully. It’s too nice to pass by.

There are street vendors and Seven Eleven 7/11 at the beginning of the Soi. Hotels on Soi 18 extend their backsides into this Soi, so you can use hotels facilities from this Soi. It’s OK till you reach about 300 meter from the beginning of the Soi, beyond that the traffics get hectic and it’s too uncomfortable for me to walk. This Soi has decent sidewalks on both sides with less street vendors; it is packed with shops on both side of the street. Near the beginning of the Soi on the west side, you have Larry’s Dive; a restaurant, a bar & grill, and a tailor. There’s also a section of more bars on the opposite side.
You also have Korean restaurants, Japanese restaurants, local fruit stands. There is Queen’s Park Plaza; a group of pub & bar kioses. It seems to be servicing clients from the Queen’s Park hotel on the east side.
The Soi is packed with shops on both side of the street. There are hearing aid center, dental clinic, veterinarian clinic, pharmacy, beauty salons.
There is a big local grade school with hundreds of students.
Mixed in all these places, you have some nice apartments and condos.
This is a Soi with many shops and bars. The sidewalk is decent enough. I think there is too many bars here and you can do better looking at other Soi's. also the condos are close to BTS station
A bonus on Sukhumvit Road, there is a big Queen’s Park nearby. Lastly, you have a bit of walk to Asoke BTS SkyTrain station.

A Seven Eleven 7/11 is right at the entrance of the Street opposite a Lexus car dealer. There is a nice new condos right there too, along with local shops and street vendors. Once you passed the first 50 meters it gets quieter and greener with big oak like trees; you start to see nice condos. It’s quiet enough with puny sidewalks but passable.
