Office the officer will ask you to show this proof (FET) in order to
complete the transaction.

49% of the total SQM in the condo can be owned by foreign nationality.

building needs to be governed by the condominium act.
You will
need to obtain a letter from the juristic person that all Building fees
were paid, and the quota is available.
