What do you need to know about Sathon?

Located in central Bangkok Sathon is one of the fifty districts in Bangkok. There are six other districts which surround Sathon if we start from the north going in a clockwise direction the districts are, Bang Rak, Pathum Wan, Khlong Toei, Yan Nawa, Bang Kho Laem and Khlong Sam. The district was originally part of Yan Nawa. To support its large population and area a branch office of Yan Nawa was set up to look after the people in three districts of Yan Nawa. Later on 9th November 1989, the Sathon district was formed and was inherited the area which the branch office catered to once. The district is named after Sathon Road and Khlong Sathon. Khlong Sathon, being the older of the two is a canal that was constructed for public transportation to be used by a Chinese company. The Chinese owner was later given the name Luang Sathon Racha Yut by King Chulalongkorn for his achievements. The Chinese owner's house is now the Sathon mansion in the Bang Rak district. The district is further divided into three sub-districts which are

Christ Church – This pretty, white Anglican church on Convent Road is built in a form of simple gothic-meets-colonial style. Sathon Market assessment by RE/MAX Team:

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation we expects to see less number of sale transactions of new developments and a grow of number of transactions in second hand property market.
Real Estate continues to offer good Yield returns in comparison to other type of investments available.
With the current market condition there are many second hand house and Condo that investors can purchase in a good price which reflect a higher yield on their investment.
